Micro Bakery is now offering local community support to hospitality businesses, in which they can utilise the luxury and exquisite produce provided by Micro Bakery in their menu offerings.

Wholesale prices depend on quantity, and two drops per week are available to these businesses within our catchment zone. Micro Bakery sourdough loaves are there for use as sharing boards, sandwich loaves, toasted sandwiches, luxury menu items and are perfect for elevating your menu with luxury sourdough for topping with any brunch or lunch menu. Perfect for bacon sandwiches and poached eggs on toast, we provide sustainably sourced organic sourdough to help elevate your menu and relieve the stress of sourcing high-quality, natural, all real bread.

Also, bread is delivered by crates and unpackaged, which provides you with the best value for money when purchasing from Micro Bakery. The Micro Bakery purchase structure is provided by Bakers' dozens, so you will order per 12 loaves.

Wholesale Discount

Wholesale orders start from a minimum of 12 loaves (1 dozen). Our sourdough loaves are priced at £5 each, with a 10% discount applied for every additional 12 loaves purchased.
For example, if you purchase 4 dozen loaves, your price per loaf will be reduced accordingly.

All wholesale loaves are supplied unpackaged in baker’s trays, calculated on a weekly total order basis. Orders can be delivered in two drops per week or collected directly in-house from the bakery.

Micro Bakery is an ethically sourced sourdough bakery specialising in Ancient Grain Sourdough with Micro Bakery Micro Bakery will provide a packaged range of its premium Heritage grain sourdough for you to resale at your premises. Delivery is available with two drops per week or in-store collection, allowing you the opportunity to sell Micro Bakery's exquisite, high-end luxury sourdough at your location. Micro Bakery retail range consists of its premium white Selina White Classic Sourdough, Marris Migeon country style wholemeal bloom, and its dark crusty Double Malted Barley.

Pricing

Prices vary depending on the quantity of stock, which you can choose. Micro Bakery will also provide social media assistance to aid in sales, ensuring a reliable customer base. Example - RRP IS SET at the retail recommended retail price of £6.50 per loaf. For example, when purchasing the minimum 20 loaves of Micro Bakery sourdough, you’ll be paying £4.75 per loaf, branded and ready for sale, giving you a 44.4%  markup on return.
